After over ten years running The Wine Experience in Monterey, I decided to kick back and enjoy retirement in early 2026. My travels took me to Belgium, where I stumbled upon a chocolate-making class that paired delicious hand-crafted chocolates with local beers, igniting a new passion.
It all clicked for me one day: combining the art of chocolate-making with a sumptuous wine tasting at The Wine Experience sounded perfect! Thus, Chocolate & Cheers was created.
